13-4-Tomb 24

13-4-39| Tomb 24 lies, just E. of t. 25, east of tomb 16, the second tomb east in the same series. A poúpa is sunk into its north side and an Archaic I tomb lies over it. The archaic burial was made while the tomb was still intact. Chavara blocks from the roof of the tomb lie over it. A L.C. II layer 50 cm. deep lies under the archaic level and poúpa. Though completely disturbed several objects (p. 96 # ) are found in this level. We tunnelled under the archaic level to get at the L.C. II.
