27-11-35 TOMB NO. 31
Having removed the top pottery, we proceed on down. The heap at the north seems to continue down without a break. Pot no. 20 (which contained bones) lay over the head of another skeleton, which must therefore be earlier than the burial to which pot no. 20 belongs.
2-12-35 Find the floor, 0.80 below the floor on which the 1^st group rested. The skeletons of the 1^st burial are ca. 10 cm. over the rock floor, those of the 2^nd ca. 16-18 cm. over the floor. There is a thin layer of boneless earth between them.
