July 12, 1979Dear Alan:

I submit herewith the manuscript and illustrations of:

Weinberg, Saul S.

Bamboula at Kourion. The Architecture

for publication by the Museum. This is the final publication of the site of Bamboula which was excavated by the Museum.

The expenses of publication of this study have been budgeted by the Museum on the basis of an estimate which you supplied in Nov., 1978. The total, available now in the fiscal year 1979 - 1980, is 5,000.00, based on the following:

Editing 500.00 Designing, compositing 1,000.00 Printing 3,500.00 5,000.00

I enclose a Xerox of a letter of Professor Weinberg accompanying the manuscript which relates particularly to the illustrations. With regard to the photography I have added marginal notes. In the specific instances of prints too dark it occurs to me now that probably, or possibly, the contact prints he mentions could be used, enlarge perhaps by the printer. I have retained them in my office in case they are wanted.

Sincerely yours,
