In your letter of 12 April, you suggested that I should write him directly concerning my financial needs for this project which I have not done. Should I still do this at this time?

While I was in Cyprus this summer so was Mr. D. Michaelides. Unfortunately (?) our paths did not cross before I returned to Canada. The never-ending saga of letters continues unabated!

Your letter will spur me on in any work on the manuscript. I look forward to learning your reactions to my comments and my proposed budget request.

Have a good fall.

Best wishes,
