March 3 1977Dear Dr.Edwards,

Last week Dr. Karagheorgis happened to be passing through Rome so we had a chance of discussing the Kourion question. He advised me to write to Dr.Rupp and see whether we can come to some satisfactory compromise. I have already written to Dr.Rupp and I am now waiting for his answer to my letter. In it,I had suggested (on Dr.Karagheorgis' advice) that we try and work together on/the Kourion material for a future joint publication. I hope this is all right by you. I would be pleased to hear your feelings on the matter.

Yours very truly
