Dear Deke:-

You left three parcels [handwritten: ...] by Christofis under your instructions, to be sent to you via air mail one via first class airmail and the other two via air freight. The cost is as follows.

Small parcel (films)£ 2.12.51st class airmail
medium " (cards)3.0.0air freight
large " (cards)11.0.0” air freight
Total£ 16.12.5

This is alot of money and I'm afraid the expedition can't afford to send them by air mail. I am holding them, however, before sending them via surface mail until I hear from you whether you still [handwritten: want] them sent by air in spite of the cost. If so would you send me a cheque for £ 16.12.5.

Yours as ever,

GHMcF/cp
