Curium

March 16, 1951Dear George:

Dr. Eisenhart just called up to say that somebody had dropped out of his program for the meeting of the American Philosophical Society about April 20th and he wondered if it wouldn't be a good idea to have Fales read his paper on the Theater which is to be published in the Proceedings. I am assuming that Fales went back to [handwritten: Curium] but I must confess I am not certain as to whether or not he is there. If he is would you ask him to let me know whether he plans to be here at that time? If not I can arrange to have Roger Edwards read it for him I think. In any case, this seems to me a good idea to have some report of our work at Curium appear in these meetings.

Your suggestion of my digging that new Neolithic site is awfully tempting. I know it is foolish on my part but I do like Cyprus. Let's talk about it when you get back.

Best wishes,

Froelich Rainey Director
