Episkopi, June 15, 1940.

Dear Mr.Dikaios,

I regret that I must say in reply to your letter of 7th June that the photographs which should accompany the lists of catalogued objects from Kaloriziki and Paleokastro are not yet available. They were to be provided by Mr. Daniel, who, as you know, is in Philadelphia. He is being reminded that the lists have been typed but must be considered incomplete until the photographs have been added to them. I suppose, however, that we cannot hope to have the photographs sent me here safely until general conditions have improved.

Yours etc.,

(sgd.) B.S. Hill.
