SIR PANAYOTIS L. CACOYANNIS, Kt., LL.B. ADVOCATE

Limassol (Cyprus) 28th August 1936 P. O. Box No 122.

Handwritten: Nov 5 1936

Dr. B.H.Hill 9 Plutarch street Athens

Dear Dr. Hill

Your letter of 20th instant has been received.

It is quite correct that Mr. Evagoras Chrysostomides verbally claimed the evacuation of the premises at Episcopi under your lease.

I do not think, however, that Mr. Evagoras Chrysostomides will take the matter any further in view of what I spoke to him. Mr. Zenon Chrysostomides agrees to the renewal of the lease and objects to the evacuation. Therefore, you should not worry about this matter. What Mr. Evagoras Chrysostomides aims at is to get the whole rent for himself on the ground that his brother is occupying the other half of the premises and therefore not entitled to any rent. Also it is very doubtful whether Mr. Evagoras Chrysostomides can take legal proceedings for the evacuation of the premises in question pending his appeal from the order of the District Court Limassol exempting property for the maintenance of himself and his family.

Yours very truly
