Medelhavsmuseet: Focus on the Mediterranean 3 (Stockholm 2005), edited by Sanne Houby-Nielsen with Marie-Louise Winbladh, is a themed issue of the Medelhavsmuseet's journal on Euromed Heritage, the European Union's cultural heritage programme that grew out of the 1995 Barcelona Declaration. The museum's opening note offers the journal as a platform for the cooperation projects the programme funded; the issue carries an Arabic translation by Hamdi A. Hassan.

It has no paper on Cyprus. After an opening statement by Benita Ferrero-Waldner, EU Commissioner for External Relations, and papers on the programme by Roberto Carpano and Matteo Malvani, short reports present the projects: Medimuses, Delta, Temper, RehabiMed, Discover Islamic Art, Historical Defence Systems on the Mediterranean Coast, Mediterranean Voices, Prodecom, Patrimoines Partagés (Mutual Heritage) and the Navigation of Knowledge Portal. Closing notes cover the Anna Lindh Foundation and the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership.
