Bellapais tomb
Description
A rectangular stone sarcophagus sits on a low masonry base in the foreground, its front decorated with a row of carved garlands tied with ribbons. Behind it, a pointed Gothic arch with stone tracery frames a recessed wall, and a tree branch hangs over the top of the arch. Grass grows at the base of the wall in the lower foreground.
