    Interviewed by Olay (M. Yaşın's 'Perishing Cyprus') on Famagusta's historic monuments: says there are many antiquities that short digs could unearth, underground roads and cisterns of Lusignan and Venetian date unresearched, and that no list of Famagusta's historical buildings is complete; names the Department of Antiquities and Museums, the Famagusta Municipality and Evkaf as the three responsible bodies, and criticises Evkaf's lack of maintenance.
