    The Cyprus Exploration Fund secured the yard attached to his house in Amargetti, where bronze figurines had been unearthed from time to time, together with adjoining land. In the yard the expedition found three bronze figurines (a naked female holding a fish, probably Aphrodite; one in short chiton and cothurni, probably Artemis) and a few miscellaneous objects, but no statuettes and no ancient walls.
