    Named as one of the plaintiff's attorneys ('Messrs. Oudin and Oakley, attorneys') with Mr. F. C. Bangs as counsel, in Feuardent's libel action against L. P. Di Cesnola before Judge Shipman, US Circuit Court; the trial began on 31 October 1883. He is not named again in any of the trial reports on disk.
