  1. 1936–1937
    Wing Commander (retired) Toby O'Brien Hubbard of Kyrenia, described in Dikaios's 1937 paper as 'Wing-Commander', saved a painted Iron Age amphora from illicit diggers and dealers and presented it to the Cyprus Museum (the 'Hubbard amphora'). The Air Force link is his rank only; the institution did nothing with the amphora.
