Youth Double-Pipes Statuette
Statuette of a youth playing double-pipes. Flute player, a youth holding double-pipes to lips; round in section and careless manner. The face is long, with the cheeks inflated with wind. Black paint on wig, eyebrows, and on flutes; the mouth-band is red. Rejoined across the lower drapery. The back is roughly worked. Coarse work, but probably late Rhodian.
