Ivory hinge-piece; left-hand object in photograph; rectangular, widening towards rounded top with a circular depression drilled into the right-hand side; three holes drilled in a vertical line along the centre of the hinge; carved decoration of a double-framed vertical band of arcs; one of a pair with 1897,0401.1377.
