Base Ring Ware Jug
Pottery jug in Base Ring II ware; handmade; piriform body with a ring base and a cylindrical, slightly widening neck and an everted neck; the handle is form mid-neck to shoulder, with pellets applied either side of the handle, at its top and base, resembling rivets of a metal vessel; made in orange clay with a mottled brown, lustrous slip.
