Kyrenia Castle: repairs to the east wall

Description
The wall runs from the lower left toward the right edge, its tall stone face and battlemented top filling most of the frame. Bare ground and a sloping bank lie in the foreground, with a few small figures near the base of the wall. The sky is pale and open above the wall.
English
A long stone wall of Kyrenia Castle runs diagonally across the picture, rising from a grassy slope. A few small figures stand on the slope near the foot of the wall. With another photograph on the same page.
