To Mr Dr. Cl. F. A. Schaeffer le Castel milano 14, rue Tregot St. Germain-en-Laye

Dear Dr.!

In the meantime my efforts have succeeded in arranging the following in advance for the collection of the samples.

Frl. Dr. Dorke vom Vorgeschichtlichen Museum in Berlin fährt zur Tagung nach Madrid und benutzt am 18.4.54 den Bundesexpress, der 11 Uhr 50 Minuten vom Bahnhof Westend abfährt.

I would ask you to hand the samples over to the station master, on the platform from which the Bundesexpress departs. Please ask Dorke to collect the samples from his hands. Unfortunately she has no time beforehand, so that she cannot collect the samples [illegible].

I ask you to agree to this procedure.

Please let me know whether you agree to the proposal.

With best regards, I am

Yours very devotedly
