Very honoured Herr Doctor!

In the meantime my efforts have succeeded in proposing the following route for collecting the samples.

Miss Dr. Dorka of the Prehistoric Museum in Berlin is travelling to the conference in Madrid and will use the Südexpreß on 18.4.54, der 11 Uhr 50 Minuten vom Bahnhof Austerlitz abfährt.

I should like to ask you to hand the samples to the station master of the platform from which the Südexpreß departs. Please deposit the samples there, so that Miss Dr. Dorka can then collect them there in my name. Unfortunately she has no longer stay, so that she cannot collect the samples personally from you.

I hope that you agree with this proposal .

Please let me know whether you agree to the proposal.

With best wishes, I am Yours very devotedly
