Carved relief on a pale stone block, with a small nude figure among clusters of fruit and drapery folds — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, G2239. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A pale stone block is photographed close up, its corner carved with a raised relief. A small naked figure stands upright in the centre, flanked by rounded clusters of fruit or berries and drapery folds that curve across the stone. Moulded edges run along the top and bottom of the block, and a rubble stone wall and shrubs show behind it.
