Description

A carved stone head with a broad face, large almond-shaped eyes, a small mouth and a nose that is worn at the tip. The hair is shown as a band of curls across the forehead and at the sides, and the top left corner of the stone is broken off. The head is set on a short rod above a scale bar and a number label, with the stand resting on a wooden board and a pale stone block against a plain grey backdrop.
