Description

A stone head is shown in left profile, with its nose, lips and chin clearly modelled and its hair arranged in wavy strands swept back from the forehead to a projecting knot at the top. The head sits on a short metal rod fixed to a plain rectangular block base against a pale grey background. The print is mounted on a card with a light border, and some handwritten marks show along the lower edge.
