Decorated bowls

Shallow bowl pieced together from fragments, with a horse motif and concentric rings of small circles at its centre — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, Csn3558. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A shallow bowl reconstructed from fragments is photographed from above on a dark background. Concentric bands of small circles run around the interior, and at the centre a horse is drawn in outline with its legs splayed. Several areas of the rim and body are missing, leaving dark gaps, and a scale bar lies along the bottom edge.
