Description

A globular pottery jug stands on a small ring foot, with a tall narrow neck that has ridged, rope-like decoration running up one side. A single strap handle joins the neck to the shoulder, and a small lug sits on the other side of the neck. The grey surface is worn and flaking, with cracks across the body and a yellowish stain near the base.
