Description

A cobbled street runs through a wide gateway with two arched openings under a crenellated wall top. In the foreground a woman in a dark veil walks past other pedestrians, a donkey carries a rider near the centre, and a market stall with goods under an awning stands on the right. The stone and plaster walls show weathering.
