Description

A grey-toned photograph of a carved stone head with a flat-cut base. Its surface is covered in dense, deeply cut curling locks that form tight swirls over the crown, with a lower band of curls near the base. The surface shows wear and small pitting in places, and the piece is shown against a plain dark background.
