Spring song
Description
A broad field in the foreground is densely covered with small white flowers, with greener grass beyond. Behind it, several low, flat-roofed white buildings stand in a row, with a taller white building and a few dark trees to the right. Hills rise under a sky filled with large clouds, and the print is mounted on a card with a printed text panel below.
English, as on the record
SPRING SONG Reno Wideson "Here are very beautiful hills, and pleasant and delightful valleys, always resounding with the melodious singing of birds. Here are warm sun, shady groves, dewy herbs, green grass, and soft downy meadows to lie down and rest upon." Martin von Baumgarten-1508 (Travels)
