Description

A bust-length limestone figure with a close-fitting cap and ears, eyes sunk and a band across the mouth, holds two long pipes to its lips with both hands. The arms are bent at the elbows, the chest is bare, and the surface is weathered with some dark marks. The sculpture stands on a dark cylindrical base, with a small number label on the front of the lower body, against a plain grey backdrop.
