Description

A carved limestone head with a rounded face, heavy-lidded eyes, a closed-lipped smile and hair rendered as rows of short curls above the forehead. The neck ends in a rough, broken edge, and the head stands on a dark cylindrical base carrying a number label. A small pit marks the cheek, and the plain grey studio backdrop sets it apart from the surroundings.
