Limestone Neo-Cypriote

Description

A carved limestone head shown in right-facing profile, with a raised band across the head that has a diamond-incised pattern above the brow. A rounded knob sits at the side of the head above a large spiral-like ornament at the ear, and the pale grey stone is worn and slightly chipped. The head stands on a dark cylindrical base against a plain grey backdrop.
