Description

A pottery jug with a rounded body, a short flaring neck and a strap handle rising from the rim to the shoulder. Dark tapering bands fan downward from the neck across the light-coloured body, leaving pale strips between them. The jug stands alone on a plain surface in front of a grey backdrop, photographed straight on.
