Description

A pottery jug with a wide mouth, a tall neck and a single strap handle rising from the shoulder to the rim. The rounded body is pale and decorated with dark horizontal bands around the neck, shoulder and lower body, with a hatched pattern on the upper left shoulder. It stands on a pale surface against a grey backdrop, and the surface shows pitting and wear.
