Description

A globular jug with a tall neck, a pinched lip at the spout and a strap handle rising from the shoulder. The surface is painted with dark horizontal bands, a band around the neck and three concentric circles on the shoulder. The jug stands on a low ring foot against a pale, plain backdrop, with a worn rim.
