Description

A marble sculpture of a small naked figure asleep on its side, eyes closed, with curly hair carved in detail. The figure lies over a drape and a rough, rock-like base, with one arm hanging down over the edge. A hollow cylindrical opening is visible at the right end of the base, and a measuring ruler lies along the bottom of the photograph against a dark backdrop.
