Terracotta Proto-Cypriote II, statue (A.I. 2072+2075)
Description
A tall terracotta statue of a standing bearded figure stands on a dark plinth, shown in side profile against a plain wall. The head wears a band or cap, one arm is bent with the hand raised near the chest, and the feet are bare. A long garment with a belt covers the body, and the mending lines and cracks across the surface are clearly visible.
