Description
A head of a woman in pale stone, with a broken neck and shoulder fragment, stands on a dark rectangular wooden base. The hair is arranged in heavy curls with many small drilled holes, and the face has large eyes, a straight nose and parted lips, with the surface pitted and worn in places. Other objects and a small sculpted head are partly visible in the room behind, and handwriting and a printed label appear along the bottom edge of the mounted print.
