Limestone Cypro-Greek II, fragment (K. 075+231)

Description

A carved limestone head and upper neck shown in profile, facing left, against a dark grey backdrop. The hair is swept back over the ear and bound by a band across the forehead, and the eye is shown closed; the surface is pitted and worn. A crack runs across the neck with a pale adhesive strip at its base, and the lower bust is cut off by the bottom edge of the photograph.
