Description

A terracotta statue shown from the upper body up, with a broad face, large almond-shaped eyes and a long beard with vertical incised lines. The head is turned slightly to the viewer's left, showing a close-fitting cap with rows of small round impressions. Cracks and joins run across the face, neck and shoulders, and a plain grey wall behind sets off the pale clay.
