Terracotta Proto-Cypriote I, A.I. 1746

Description

The upper body and head of a terracotta statue wear a tall cap-like headdress with a seam down its front. The face has narrow, half-closed eyes, a straight nose and a small mouth, and one ear is modelled. One shoulder is broken off, a raised band runs over the other, and cracks cross the chest against a plain grey draped cloth.
