Dark stone fragment from Petra tou Limniti, photographed on a pale background — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C05142. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A thick, angular piece of dark, grainy stone stands upright on a pale surface, with one broad flat face on the left and a smooth, rounded edge on the right. The lower edge rests on a light surface with a faint shadow. No decoration or inscription is visible, and the form does not clearly read as a bowl.
