Blurred photograph of a dark, dome-shaped seal or scarab with ridged markings on its underside — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C04339aaa. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A single object is shown in close view against a pale card. It has a dark, rounded back with a notch at the left edge, and its lower surface shows several curved horizontal ridges. A head-like end appears at the right, but the photograph is soft and the fine detail is hard to make out.
