Glyptic (A.I.2377)

Description

A small photograph mounted on a cream card, with a handwritten number at the top and a neighbouring print partly visible at the bottom edge. It shows a single small object with a rounded, dome-like top, a flat underside and dark diagonal bands and mottled patches across its surface. The print is grainy and soft-edged, and the object fills most of the pale background.
