Pottery jug named White Painted IV-V, with a loop handle and a long spout — Photograph: Swedish Cyprus Expedition, 1927–31. Medelhavsmuseet, Stockholm, C04259a. Public domain (CC0).

Description

A single pottery jug with a loop handle on the left and a long, tapering spout on the right stands on a pale surface against a plain grey backdrop. Its body is dark and rounded, with a tall flared neck, and a pale patch on the lower body shows where the surface has flaked or been filled. Fine cracks run across the side, and the picture sits within a photo mount with a number label at the corner.
