Description

A large globular two-handled amphora with a tall, flaring neck and a ridge at the shoulder. Its dark grey surface is worn and cracked, with lighter patches, and the handles rise from the shoulder to the rim. The pointed base projects below a metal ring supported on thin rods, and a small wooden block sits at the lower left.
