Description

A carved stone head of a man, turned to the left of the picture, with a broken lower neck and short, tightly curled hair over the brow and ears. The head rests on a pale plinth against a plain grey backdrop, with a scale bar placed beneath it. The face is smooth and the hair is deeply textured, with some surface wear on the cheek and chin.
