Open cooking pot (marmite) from the Huilerie sector, square I III/β5, Salamis, Cyprus, incomplete and reassembled. Brown-red fabric, spherical striated body, vertical handle from the rim to mid-body; H. 19 cm, handle H. 8 cm; the diameter is at least triple the height. Byzantine period, late VIIe century AD. Inventory V_0930; 8 June 1972.
