Shovel of soft limestone with a rectangular blade with a flat base and a cylindrical handle thinned at its end; the junction of blade and handle is marked by a triangular recess, and the straight edges are cut at sharp angles. The whole surface is covered with facets cut longitudinally. Incomplete: only the handle and a fragment of the blade survive; L. 17 cm, handle l. 3.5 cm, handle L. 10.5 cm. Found in the area south of the rampart, square K VI/δ4, Salamis. Inventory Po_0594; 20 March 1967.
