Object Po_0338 is a pyramidal loom weight of grey clay, H. 8.3 cm, l. 4 cm, hole ø 0.7 cm, from the Sanctuary at Salamis, square K V/ι6. It is elongated, slightly pyramidal, with a flat base and a transverse hole near the flattened top; some signs of the Cypriot syllabary are roughly incised on one face. It is incomplete, damaged at the base, very worn and fire-blackened on the surface, and was found in an Archaic level (Plain-White V ceramic). Inventory SAL_4637; 25 April 1969.
